Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally processed in 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday). Pre-order items, for example, may take longer.
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, due to unforeseen situations, it may take a little longer. In this event, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number. Our tracking website can be used to keep track of it.
Payment Method
During checkout, you can use our payment gateway to pay with all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards, as well as payment wallets like GooglePay and PayTM. At the moment of purchase, INR (Indian National Rupee) is accepted as payment. The price includes all duties and taxes.
Return Policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but we don't have a return/exchange policy. We'll accept returns if the product is damaged and informed to us within 7 days.
If your order is eligible for a return, please keep the packaging ready to return your order and include the original invoice. Please contact our customer service team and we will arrange for a return shipment. If our logistics partner does not provide a return facility in your area, you can use your own logistics partner and ship it to our warehouse. Taxes and tariffs, as well as shipping and handling charges, are non-refundable.
